Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We will not except returns or exchanges due to wrong size, wrong color, or buyers remorse due to the fact that these items are printed on demand and we do not keep inventory stock.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not except returns for clothing unless it is misprinted/damaged/defective.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, when choosing your size refer to the size chart to ensure it is the proper size.

Refunds
We will offer a refund within 30 days of the customer receiving the product if it is misprinted/damaged/defective. Notify us at sales@scottyspottiesinc.com immediately upon inspecting your item to initiate a return.
